Terms of Use

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms govern your use of the Claspy mobile app and the claspyapp.com website (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Hasan Hüseyin Korkmaz, operating under the KELD Digital brand (“KELD Digital”, “we”).

When you create an account in the app, you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

2. Service

Claspy is a mobile app offering daily questions, games and memory sharing for couples. claspyapp.com is the app’s information and support website.

We may update, change or remove features from time to time to improve the Service. We announce in advance any change that significantly reduces the scope of your paid subscription. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give reasonable notice.

3. Account and pairing

• Claspy is intended for people aged 18 and over; people under 18 may not create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your account secure. Do not share your sign-in code with anyone.
• An account can be paired with only one partner at a time. You can end the pairing in the app at any time.
• Your partner sees the content you add to shared areas. When a pairing ends, access to shared content ends as described on the relevant screens.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Paid subscriptions are purchased through the App Store and managed through your Apple account. Current plans and prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. No free trial is offered.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can cancel your subscription in the Subscriptions section of your Apple account in the iPhone Settings app. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current period.
• In a paired couple, one partner’s subscription gives both partners the same access for as long as the pairing lasts. When the pairing ends, the partner’s access also ends.
• Introductory discounts are offered under App Store terms and for the stated period.
• Because payments are collected by Apple, refund requests are subject to Apple’s refund processes (reportaproblem.apple.com). Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.

5. Gift codes

• Gift codes are purchased through the App Store and can be used once.
• A code must be redeemed within one year of purchase. From redemption, it gives the relevant subscription access for three months and does not renew automatically.
• The buyer cannot redeem the code on their own account. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash or for another product.
• You are responsible for who you share a code with. A code that has been shared or redeemed is not replaced.

6. User content

• The answers, comments and notes you write in the app and the photos you upload belong to you.
• You grant us the right to use this content only to provide the Service: to store and process it, show it to your partner and, if you consent, prepare AI reflections. This right is non-exclusive and non-transferable, and it ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to retention obligations.
• You are responsible for the content you share. Do not share other people’s personal data, photos or copyrighted content without permission.

7. Community rules and prohibited uses

• Claspy has zero tolerance for harassing, threatening, hateful, obscene or otherwise objectionable content and for users who engage in such behaviour.
• Sexual content involving minors, incitement to violence, illegal content and sharing someone else’s private information without their permission are prohibited.
• Creating an account on behalf of someone else or using someone else’s account is prohibited.
• Copying the app through reverse engineering, attempting to bypass security measures, and sending spam or automated requests are prohibited.

8. Reporting, review and account closure

• You can report content and AI outputs you find inappropriate in the app.
• We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that violates these terms and may warn, suspend or close the relevant account.
• For serious or repeated violations, we may close an account without prior notice. No refund is given for accounts closed due to violations; your right to use Apple’s refund processes is reserved.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app settings.

9. AI features

AI features are optional and work with your consent. Outputs are generated automatically, may contain errors and do not replace medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice. In a crisis or emergency, call 112 or your local emergency number, or contact a professional.

10. Intellectual property

The app’s software, design, questions, games, mascot and brand belong to KELD Digital. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute or sell this content without permission.

11. Liability

We provide the Service “as is” and do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from service interruptions or data loss. Cases of intent and gross negligence, and your rights under consumer protection law, are reserved.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current text is published on this page with its update date. We announce significant changes in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means that you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Turkish law. As a consumer, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where you live or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court for disputes above those limits. For other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Bursa have jurisdiction.

14. Terms relating to Apple

• These terms are between you and KELD Digital, not Apple. KELD Digital, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app fails to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Claims, intellectual property disputes and complaints relating to the app are addressed to KELD Digital, not Apple.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and have the right to enforce them against you.
