Delete your account

Delete it in the app

1. Open Claspy and tap the Profile tab.
2. Go to Settings and tap Delete Account at the bottom.
3. Read what will be deleted, type DELETE in the box and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted right away. This can’t be undone.

If you can’t open the app

If you removed the app or can’t sign in, email hello@kelddigital.com with the subject “Account deletion request”. Send it from the email address on your Claspy account. If you signed in with Google or Apple, use that account’s email address.

We may ask for more information to confirm it’s you. We complete requests within 30 days and reply to the same address.

What gets deleted

• Your account details: email address, name, profile and cover photos
• Your answers, comments, notes, future notes and time capsules
• Your game history and stats
• Your AI summaries and insights
• Your pairing with your partner and the content in your shared space. Your partner’s account stays open.
• Your notification records and the gift codes you created
• Your subscription and purchase records in Claspy

Records that may be kept for a while

Deleting your account doesn’t mean every service provider deletes its records at the same moment. Purchase records may be kept by Apple, Google Play and RevenueCat, and error and usage logs by the relevant providers, under their own retention periods. Records we must keep are limited to the legal reason and period that require them.

Your subscription

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Together or Together+ subscription. To stop billing, cancel it in the store you bought it from: on iPhone, Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

• AI analyses: Settings > AI Personalization > Delete past analyses.
• Your pairing: Settings > Couple & Partner > End Pairing.
• You can also ask us to delete specific data by writing to hello@kelddigital.com.
